I used to know where every single chair in my house was just so I could make it from the bedroom to the kitchen. Two months ago I couldn't get through a 20-minute church service without chest tightness. Last Sunday I sat through the entire service without gasping once. My daughter kept looking over waiting for me to struggle, and I was breathing normally.

Shirley, I'm the daughter who used to stop at my dad's bedroom door every single night just to hear him breathe. Sending him this video was the best thing I ever did. I finally sleep through the night now too.

Smoked for 45 years and my family was already talking about me like I was on my way out. Two weeks after starting the morning routine in this video, I walked all the way down the driveway to my mailbox without stopping once. I got my dignity back.

The worst part for me was waking up at 2 a.m. feeling like an elephant was sitting on my chest and scaring my wife half to death every night. I thought I'd spend the rest of my life propped up in my recliner. I'm back to sleeping flat in my own bed.

Everything I tried before helped for a little while and then came right back. When the doctor in the video compared it to raising the water pressure instead of unclogging the drain — and showed the kitchen sponge — it finally clicked why nothing else was cleaning it out.

Walt, is this just rubbing Vicks on your chest or is it something else? I'm 3 minutes into the video.

No Margaret, you don't rub ointment. Keep watching — he explains why the drugstore jar is diluted and how the concentrated eucalyptus compound and raw honey work together in the morning.

I went from reaching for my puffer every half hour to sitting through my granddaughter's entire outdoor graduation ceremony last weekend. And next month I'm flying to Florida to see my son without dragging a machine through the airport.

Climbing my own stairs used to leave me huffing and puffing like a broken steam engine. I'd stop halfway up and pretend to check my phone so my grandkids wouldn't notice. Not anymore. Watch the whole presentation before they take it down.
